Provide Endocrinology services to patients of the North Shore Physicians Group in Danvers, MA and MGB/Salem Hospital, as may be appropriately presented for medical care. Prepare and cause to be maintained in a timely fashion all necessary medical records for patients. Supervise clinical performance of non-physician clinical staff such as nurses and nurse practitioners, as needed. Attend office/practice/corporate meetings, hospital departmental meetings and other meetings as reasonably requested by the Medical Director and/or NSPG’s Administration.
Requirements include a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree or foreign equivalent medical degree. Must have completed a 2-year ACGME certified fellowship in Endocrinology.
Must be licensed by Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine. Must possess DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) certification from the Dept. of Justice, and CRS (Controlled Substance Registration) certification from the MA Dept. of Health. Must be board eligible/board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine at the time of joining NSPG, as per ABIM requirements. Must be board eligible/board certified in Endocrinology at the time of joining NSPG, as per ABIM requirements.
