Interventional Cardiology Moonlighter Physician Position Near Boston, MA
Overview
North Shore Physicians Group and Mass General Brigham-Salem Hospital are seeking to add an Interventional Cardiology Moonlighter Physician to their group practice.
The moonlighter position includes:
• Providing inpatient coverage for Interventional Cardiology at Mass General Brigham – Salem Hospital in historic Salem, Massachusetts, about 15 miles north of Boston
• Provide coronary catheterization coverage as well as STEMI call
• Patient volume is variable and ranges on average from 2 to 7 cases per day
• Weekday, weekend, and holiday coverage shifts are available
- Flexible shifts from 12 to 24 hours weekdays and holidays and from 48 to 60 hours on weekends
• Working as part of a collegial and collaborative medical team including interventionalists, cardiologists, intensivists, and hospitalists

The Heart Center at Salem Hospital provides fully integrated cardiac evaluation and treatment to North Shore patients, including: angioplasty, cardiac ablation, cardiac catheterization, cardiac evaluation and testing, cardiac rehabilitation, electrophysiology and percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) and stents.
