General Overview

We are seeking a full-time Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our neurosurgery, spine, and physiatry specialties located in our multi-specialty building at 4 Centennial Drive, Peabody, MA. Our specialists offer comprehensive evaluation and perform procedures for a range of conditions, including injury and diseases of the spine, brain and peripheral nervous system. Our specialists at NSPG create effective treatment plans for patients that are tailored to their specific medical condition.

There are a total of 10 staff members (clinical and non-clinical) and 12 providers (Surgeons, Physiatrists, and APPs), but we are growing as practice as well so this team will be expanding! Our providers see patients at the Peabody office, and also regularly rotate out to Salem Hospital for surgical procedures.

Our practice is open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

When hiring, we take a people-first approach! We firmly believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion make us stronger and are essential to providing excellent care. We strive to build a workforce that reflects the communities we serve.

Are you ready to bring your skills to this growing practice and join us in driving community-based ambulatory care forward in the North Shore?

The ideal candidate profile is an adaptable, receptive, and dynamic “people leader” with proven operations experience.
