Our Team
We are located at 400 Highland Ave, Salem, MA. In this office, we evaluate and treat a range of urologic disorders in adult patients. Our team is board certified and includes experts in minimally-invasive surgical techniques, such as laparoscopic, endoscopic, extracorporeal and percutaneous approaches.

Overview
The Clinical Lead is an integral member of the care team. Under the direction of the Practice Manager, the Clinical Lead is responsible for exercising appropriate leadership, oversight and improvement of all clinical operations and clinical Medical Assistant staff throughout the assigned site. The Lead will also perform the duties of a Medical Assistant while serving as a role model and resource person for staff at the site. The Lead acts as a liaison between the site-based clinical staff, the Practice Manager and the Medical Director/Physicians of the site for office-wide communication, the coordination of new clinical initiatives, and clinical issue resolution.
